A Word from Moose
Get ready, Moose is in the house!
Now it may take Moose a few minutes to calm down when he first meets you because he is just so darn happy and excited to meet a new person, but once you get to know him you will see just how lovable and fun he can be. Moose may be a bit of a wild child, but he is a really good dog!
Moose is just over two and a half years old and has been at the rescue ranch since October 2021. Before that time, he wasn’t around a lot of other dogs, so he’s still finding his way and learning what he should and should not do; some dogs can take offense at his lack of social skills. Moose is also quite sensitive and can get his feelings hurt, so positive training is a must with Moose.
We’d like Moose to go to a home as an only dog with a family that has a lot of time to spend with him and teach him all of the things that he needs to know but do think that he would enjoy playing with other dogs if he could meet the right friend that would be patient with his clumsiness.
