A Word from Ralph
Hi, guys! My name is Ralph. I came to TIRR Rescue in 2015 with my sisters, Butterfly and Gabby.
We were caught by animal control and were pretty feral. A nice man saw us and didn’t want us to be put down simply because we didn’t know how to trust humans, so he adopted us. He tried his hardest to help us acclimate, but it just didn’t work out. He wasn’t equipped to handle three feral dogs, so he contacted TIRR Rescue, who could help us become house dogs and find us forever homes.
We’re all still a little distrustful of humans, though we like our regular rescue workers. I’ve made more progress than my sisters. I really like to play with people I know. I love toys and playing fetch.
Though I am doing much better at trusting people, I will need some time to get accustomed to my new family and home before I become my playful self.
