Special Needs Dogs
Special needs dogs are fully adoptable dogs that just need a little extra TLC due to physical disabilities, such as blindness, deafness, or amputation. Many of these dogs have some of the biggest and best personalities at TIRR Rescue; definitely don't discount them!
