A Word from Birdie

 

Hey, everybody! My name is Birdie. This is my second time at TIRR Rescue.
 

I went home with a super nice family who had a couple kids and pretty active dog for me to play with. However, that just still wasn’t quite enough for me. I’m VERY active and I will need a VERY active family to help me burn off energy! I love playing soccer (I could chase a ball around the yard all day!), so a family with kids who play soccer would be super awesome!

I would do best in a home without any other dogs. While I like playing with them, I get super jealous over my people when other dogs try to get attention from them. I can be a little nervous, and I compensate by trying to make all the big dogs think I’m just as big as they are.

I’m really a good girl, I just need something to keep my mind busy. Playing games and going through some obedience training are just what I need! If you think you might be my forever family, be sure to contact my rescue people!

PERSONALITY:

Birdie is a great pup, but she is very active. She will need obedience training and an active family to keep her from being bored. She would do best in a home without other dogs, as she tends to get jealous when around her people.
